About the role:
Takeda is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) to provide financial business partnering to the Rare Disease Franchises in the US which include CMV, LSD and HAE. In this role you will report to the Director of Finance and provide financial and business analysis support to $1.5B+ in sales US Rare Disease franchises.
How you will contribute:
- Manage aspects of the financial close, the monthly re-forecast and the annual budget and long range plan.
- Monthly and quarterly reporting
- Forecasting, budgeting and long range planning
- Manage relationships with our finance operations, market access, forecasting, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with Rare Disease finance requirements
What you bring to Takeda:
- Bachelor's Degree in an accounting / financial discipline is required or equivalent experience, with more than 3 years of working experience.
- Experience with management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting is required.
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical / biotech industry would be a plus

Base Salary Range: $ 77K to $110K Max, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees may also be eligible for Short-term and Long-Term Incentive benefits. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Student Loan Repayment Program and Paid Volunteer Time Off.
