Lead Manufacturing Associate - Nights

About the role:
Join Takeda as a Lead Manufacturing Associate where you will be the primary contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution or escalations. You will also create and follow-up on work orders along with communicate or coordinate days scheduling and staffing plan. As part of the Manufacturing Team, you will report to the shift Supervisor and work with a great team.
How you will contribute:
- You will re-allocate staff during the shift (breaks, lunch, training)
- You will oversee all routine and essential operations and commissioning and changeover validation activities
- You will ensure documentation is complete, reviewed, and meet good documentation practices
- You will manage floor inventory and communicate schedule changes
- You will monitor material usage and coordinate all materials deliveries
- You will address minor personnel issues and escalate major issues to the supervisor
What you bring to Takeda:
- Requires a high school diploma and 6 or more years related industry experience or an Associates degree in Life Sciences / Engineering with 5 years of GMP experience
- Biotech Certificate and prior leadership experience
- Complete action items for GMP investigations and CAPAs
- Experience with revision of GMP documentation
- Communicate with all levels throughout the organization
- Experience with SAP, LIMS, and Trackwise a plus
- Flexibility to work according to production schedule.
- Working 6:00PM - 6:30AM on a 2-2-3 schedule (does require being scheduled every other weekend)
